What to Expect on Your First Visit

I’ll look over your patient intake forms and ask a few simple questions to clarify concerns I have about your diet, health history, and physical complaints. I'll also want to know about your health and wellness goals.

Our evaluation will begin with some orthopedic, neuro-logical, and range of motion tests to assess two-way communication between your energy-meridian-nervous system and your field.

If there is interference in these energy pathways, you'll likely have structural and/or spinal asymmetry problems that cause physical discomfort or pain.

If you are having ongoing discomfort or pain, this could indicate you are STUCK in an emergency physiology.

Spinal asymmetry problems should be corrected automatically. Your muscles should be receiving specific instructions from your subconscious mind on how to pull the vertebrae to maintain proper spinal alignment.

If your internal intelligence is not directing critical muscle tone, this is a sign that you are STUCK in an emergency "fight or flight" physiology. To discover why, we'll go through a comprehensive procedure to uncover and eliminate each cause.

Some defensive physiologies are self-caused, so by learning to manage your psychological and emotional resources wisely, you can begin your shift toward healing.

How can I prevent auto-damaging memory patterns?

 
We live our lives through our nervous system and subconscious memory We’re looking for the CAUSE, the neuro-emotional and/or psychological source of your symptoms, because their detrimental subconscious characteristics have absolute and complete control over your whole being.

In fact, your physiology is tailor-made by, and dependent on what is stored in your subconscious memory.

These memories are a record of your interpretation of how YOU are doing in three key areas of your life: (1) your achievements, preferences, self-worth, and sensorial perceptions (2) your emotional attachments and emotional stimulation of your organs and glands (3) your good and bad habits, your unachieved expectations, and what you oppose.

The memory record of your conscious mind's "interpretation" of how you are doing is what ultimately determines your physiology; this is something that only YOU can affect; you can amend this record with your conscious mind.

Your chosen psychological and emotional dynamics are change-producing forces that you can control to obtain the outcome you desire. If you use these coercive forces wisely, in due time you'll have the conscious and subconscious congruence that you need to initiate and sustain your health.

Let me get to the point -- you are a self-programmed being! You get to CHOOSE your thoughts and responses, and make your own choices and decisions. It's something you have absolute and complete control over.

You're in command of the progression and conversion of thought energy into feelings, emotions, and hormone-chemicals that become subconscious patterns that affect the WHOLE you, for better or worse.

Don't underestimate the power of auto-suggestion! You become attuned to what you expect in life. If you focus on a noteworthy goal; if you pursue excellence; if you believe you can achieve it, then you can skillfully overcome the hardships along the way without causing yourself harm.

If you anticipate defeat in life, your responses and choices will be congruent with your expectations; your interpretation of each challenge-threat will then create auto-damaging memory patterns that hamper your health at every turn.

So, learn to be a wise master builder who carefully lays the proper foundation for conscious-subconscious congruence in every area of your life.

Illness and wellness exist on a continuum; you can move toward one and away from the other. You can choose either constructive or destructive stimuli but the progression, whether good or bad is the same; your psychological and neuro-emotional states go into subconscious memory and affect the WHOLE you.

Your neural network is programmed by your conscious thoughts, responses, and choices; this syllabus runs your central nervous system which is responsible for your self-healing and self-regulation process.

~Your program creates the network's neural receptors; their tendency and predisposition is then converted into subconscious memory records.

~Your neural network, through the subconscious record of all of your thinking, feeling, and emotion tells your organs, glands, muscles, tissues, and cells what to do.

~You reinforce your memory records over and over again with your belief systems (your ongoing thoughts, responses, choices, etc.).

~Destructive neural programming interrupts or blocks the two-way communication between your energy-meridian-nervous system and your field; this slows or stops your self-healing and self-regulating process.

~Constructive neural programming boosts the two-way communication between your energy-meridian-nervous system and your field and keeps you well.

~In due time you will manifest the exact physiology of your chosen psychological and emotional expression, whatever that condition, sickness, or illness may be.

You can begin your own WHOLE person healing without my help by learning what overwhelms your self-healing and self-regulating mechanism and refraining from that kind of detrimental behavior.

Failures in the conscious psychological and neuro-emotional sphere (one of the most important aspects of your health), relocates-accumulates into subconscious memory and becomes the cause of obstruction or complete blockage of the two-way communication between your energy-meridian-nervous system and your field.

When this communication between your energy-meridian-nervous system and your field is re-established, it restores the flow of vital information from the universal field to your field. Finding and removing the cause of this interference is what restarts your self-healing and self-regulating process.

The most common reasons for this communication breakdown are:
--Auto-damaging memory patterns
--Low pH (an acidity problem from too much dietary protein)
--Trauma (unhealed injuries due to improper responses)
--Over-nutrition (dietary and/or supplemental)
--Nutritional/dietary deficiencies
--Unhealed-unresolved spiritual struggles
--Toxicity and pollutants
--Timing issues within the nervous system

Note: Your health crisis could be from a combination of issues.

You will probably need our help to identify each provocation that could play a role in your ongoing emergency physiology. All of your unhealed symptoms, illness, and pain can be traced to 8 major areas of regress; they encompass neuro-emotional and psychological offense, trauma, toxicity, and pollution.

Determining your alkaline reserve status (your pH)

One of the purposes of the nutritional questionnaire is to help determine your alkaline reserve status (your pH), because healing happens in the body within a certain chemical range.

If you are having trouble with low pH, it could be from unhealed-unresolved spiritual struggles or a dietary issue (eating too much protein over a long period of time). These self-tests will help us determine if you are having an acidity problem (low pH) that could be disturbing your self-healing and self-regulating process.

The stiff test – Are you stiff and sore when you wake up in the morning? Does the stiffness ease up, so you feel better as the day progresses? If this is so, excess acidity, a low pH problem, is likely your issue. Your body isn’t able to completely process and eliminate the acidity during your sleep, so you'll feel joint pain when you wake up. Later in the day it will be cleared out and you’ll feel better.

The sleep test - Are you generally restless and don’t sleep very well? Are you as tired in the morning as you were when you went to bed? This could indicate that you have an unhealed spiritual issue, or that your body is busy trying to eliminate excess protein or stimulants (such as coffee, colas, alcohol, etc.).

The sniff test – Do you notice the smell of ammonia in your urine? Or, is your urine foamy? If your answer is yes to either question, this is a warning sign that your body is using an emergency back-up system to neutralize excess acid. Your alkaline reserve is so low that your kidneys have to dump ammonia into your urine to prevent its delicate tissue from being burned by acid on urination.

Note: If this is your situation, you may have a burning sensation when you urinate. If so, drink cranberry juice (which is acidic) to neutralize your highly ammonia (alkaline) urine. This will temporarily relieve the burning while you increase your alkaline reserves by eating more fruits and vegetables and supplementing your diet with a barley green food supplement.

Healing happens within a certain chemical range (pH)

Optimal pH range is 6.9 - 7.4, so if your pH gets too far down the scale, it becomes a threat to your survival and you can die from that.

So, your internal intelligence is not going to concern itself with healing your physical complaints because they probably are not life-threatening.

It’s going to concentrate on its highest priority, your low pH, and nothing anyone does for you will work until you first address this core issue.

Whether we know it or not, we choose our own pH by the foods we eat. Our bodies are designed to function in an alkaline state, so we must eat plenty of alkaline-ash foods.

But be careful -- your body has adapted to your diet of mostly acid-ash foods, so if you change it too quickly, you will experience some unpleasant side-effects from that.

It will take some time to adapt the digestive process/enzyme production capability for an increase in alkaline-ash foods. So allow your body to adapt to the changes slowly.

Identifying nutritional issues, toxicity, and pollutants

By using muscle tests and going through our comprehensive flowchart, we can identify nutritional problems, toxicities, and pollutants.

If you have an unbalanced diet, take too many supplements, or are exposed to environmental, occupational, or household pollutants, you can be poisoned! An imbalance like this could create an emergency defense physiology that slows or stops your self-healing and self-regulating process.

Note: Electromagnetic radiation is becoming common
and is just as harmful to your body as chemical toxins.

Timing issues within the nervous system

If you feel good in the morning, but have pain and tightness as the day progresses, we’re probably dealing with high brain interference, a TIMING issue within your energy-meridian-nervous system.

If this is your situation, you'll have physical discomfort or pain in your shoulders, neck, back, or knees. This obviously isn't the first time you've had these same symptoms, so when you experience them again, you'll almost certainly have the initial problem's subconscious memory contribution too -- its underlying stress physiology, psychosomatic censure, and its detrimental hormonal-chemical changes.

If your internal intelligence is not directing critical muscle tone as suggested by the symptoms above, then you are experiencing a "fight or flight" response that encompasses neuro-emotional and psychological offense, trauma, and memory patterns that interrupt your self-healing and self-regulating process.

To bring the sympathetic and parasympathetic portions of your nervous system back into harmony, we will identify and neutralize each subconscious provocation that is causing your nervous system to malfunction and restore its balance.

We'll outline a plan designed to get maximum results, in the shortest period of time, at the least cost. These important first steps will help shape the direction of treatment we'll use to get you out of pain and on the path to restored health, vitality, and wellness.

As mentioned before, auto-damaging memory patterns can be activated when we think about harmful personal or interpersonal experiences, emotionally draining affiliations, or transformative psychosomatic events. Each damaging incident also contains it's own unique set of physically harmful feelings.

Your agitated and mismanaged mind creates emotions that cause symptoms and pain; they are then re-created over and over again from memory, repeatedly damaging your PHYSICAL being.

Most people are not even aware that they can be repeatedly damaged by a self-caused defensive physiology and its associated subconscious memory. So this is what we will be targeting for elimination.

Team YOU and ME are going to get to the cause
During our mind-body sessions, we have to work TOGETHER as a team to discover and remove the cause of each of your problems. I’ll be here as a coach and mentor to help you respond more effectively to your fears, stresses, and pressures in life.

This will help you to avoid recreating your former problems after we clear them. This is the way you’re going to get better: WE are going to discover where this interference occurred with you, and what it is that shut down or short-circuited your system and stopped its ability to heal itself. WE are going to figure it out -- YOU and ME.
